Would you like to have access to important documents, product information or installation instructions at any time? In the heroal Communicator, heroal's online working environment, you have access to all relevant documents, technical information, BIM and CAD data as well as installation instructions and videos at any time and from any location. You also get important news and product updates relating to your company and your product areas directly via the Communicator news. In addition, the regularly published Communicator newsletter gives you a summary of important information. The heroal Communicator also ensures that you can quickly get in touch with your personal contact person, who can assist you and answer any questions you may have about heroal systems.

On our website you will find a comprehensive collection of brochures, technical leaflets and videos. The brochures and leaflets can be downloaded and used on a tablet, for example. Our videos show interesting reference projects, offer practical installation instructions, comprehensive product presentations and an insight into heroal services.

Do you have any question about heroal’s range of products? Do you need support with planning or using your software? Then get in touch with our Technical Support Centre (TSC). heroal employees are available via a central hotline from Monday to Friday, 7.00 am - 5.00 pm (Friday until 3.00 pm) to answer all your technical questions. In addition to specific product topics, our experts can also advise you on special topics such as fire and smoke protection, full accessibility, or thermal insulation.
