Reversible sun protection system for efficient fabrication
The heroal VS Z EM (Easy Mount) sun protection system is the clamp-on version of the heroal VS Z textile zip screen system. It can be installed without drilling and can be removed without a trace if needed. The integrated solar-powered drive makes the system ideal for retrofitting – even in heritage listed buildings, rental properties and existing properties. Various clamping support options enable the versatile use of the system in almost all common aluminium, plastic and wood window types.
The heroal VS Z EM sun protection system can be used up to a width of 2,000 mm, a height of 2,200 mm and an area of 4.4 m² and is wind-resistant up to a Beaufort force of 7 (60 km/h). At the same time, the heroal VS Z EM can be designed according to personal preferences and adapted to the appearance of an existing building. The aluminium components of the system are extruded and coated with the heroal hwr powder coating, which can be realised in a wide range of RAL colours as well as in the exclusive colours of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier. heroal SD surface designs can also be used. There is a great variety in possible textiles as well, with over 250 fabrics available in various degrees of translucence ranging from semi-transparent to opaque, reducing solar radiation and UV radiation by up to 100 % depending on the textile selected.
